Special thanks to Carlos Carreiras, President of the Câmara Municipal of Cascais who officially opened the 1st edition of CINEMAITALIA Cascais, to Salvato Teles de Menezes, President of the D. Luís I Foundation, a film buff himself and a great enthusiast of Italian cinema, who presided over the official ceremony that kicked off this 1st season of CINEMAITALIA Cascais, and to Stefano Scaramuzzino, Cultural Attaché of the Italian Embassy in Portugal and Director of the Italian Cultural Institute, who also spoke at the opening of the event.
