In this hilarious comedy Amadeus and Ophelia, a contentious, middle aged brother and sister are joint owners of both a rundown apartment building, and a mischievous pet cat who is disliked by the building's few remaining tenants. In order to accept a real estate company's generous offer to purchase their building they must ensure that it is empty of its tenants... who have no intention of leaving.  Uproarious scheming, harrassing, goading commence between Amadeus and Ophelia and their resistant tenants until their pet cat becomes an innocent victim in this battle. But who killed the cat? Between incriminating tapes, inept hired assassins, and bribes, it could be anyone!!
